I have been adventuring around Orsinium since lvl 8 and have seen a million iron ore nodes. I hit level 15 last night, and now I'm seeing High Iron nodes. Do nodes now level to you, regardless of where you are?

✭✭✭50% of the nodes you find are scaled to your character level.

✭✭✭✭✭And by highest level crafting material you can use, it means that you have spent the skill points to unlock.
In other words, you might be level 40 in Black Smithing, but have not invested any skill points in the Material Passive. So, while you could use higher level mats, you have not invested the skill points to do so.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
