Im looking to find out if anything can be done about this. I was away from my xbox one account for 4 months and i logged back in today. My private guildbank that only i have access to withdraw gold from is empty of all gold and so is my players gold. So basically all my gold i have saved from a level capped player has disappeared. I cant see any messages or anything in my mail to say its been transfered.
Is there any way for maybe a customer service person to look into it or see whqt happened to try and fix this or am i stuck in a situation where there is nothing anyone can do or be bothered to do?
