XBOX ONE Technical Support.......so erm, where's the support?

There's dozens of issues listed here for after the OneT patch, with many people logging tickets to no avail.
There's dozens of issues listed here and on the top sticky and absolutely no support being given whatsoever. So what's happened? why are we being ignored? There isn't even an acknowledgment or a simple 'we'll look into it guys' response AT ALL?!?
Has the X BOX ONE support team been disbanded? Can we please have at least a glimmer of hope that some of the issues will be improved/solved, sometime in the future please?
