Poison of Fire more effective overall?

Hey all, I am currently working on a sorc stam build and I am trying to figure out how to best go about making it. Currently I am running 5 red mountain, 3 agility, 2 skoria, and some crafted weapons (dual wield hunding's swords and a bow). I also have 5 morag tong sitting in the bank.

My current question is, would it be more effective, with being a dual wield and bow build in mind, to focus on buffing up fire damage or going poison because of the bow DoTs and replacing Skorias with say Velidreth.

As a stamina character it would be much better to focus on Poison as Fire is a magicka effect.

Go with poison since it gets buffed up from the Mighty CP star -- which you'll (likely) be focussing on since your stam
