Make the other Traits great as well
Right now there is a huge tear in traits in ESO.
For DDs there is only Sharpened on weapons and Divine (if PVE) or Impenetrable (if PVP).
For Heals there is powered or precise on weapons and Divine on armor.
For Tanks there is Defending/Decisive on weapons and Divine/Sturdy on armor.
This is the current situation in ESO (of course there are exceptions but the general situation should not be off very far.
I dont wanna nerf the good traits because that's just a bad idea.
Instead i want to make a proposal for the other traits to help (!) finding an alternative for the BiS-Traits.
WEAPON TRAITS
Charged:
Right now: "Increases the chance for status effects by X%"
Change: "Increases all damage over time dealt by X%."
Defending:
It is fine, no change!
Infused:
Right now: "Reduces enchantment cooldown by X%. Increases enchant strength by Y%"
Change: "Gives a chance of Z% the equipped enchantment can proc multiple times at once with normal charge consumption."
(I'd suggest a chance of 15% at a golden staff)
Nirnhoned:
Right now: "Increases Weapon Damage by X%"
Change: "Converts X% of damage dealt to pure damage bypassing all resistances, damage-shields and block-attempts."
(I'd suggest 10% at golden bidenhander)
Powered:
It is fine, no change!
Sharpened:
It is fine, no change!
Training:
It is fine, no change!
Decisive:
Right now: "Gives a chance of X% upon gaining Ultimate to receive Y additional ultimate."
Change: "Reduces ultimate costs by Z%. Any Ultimate point spent exceding the cast costs will increase the ultimates effect by X%."
ARMOR TRAITS
Divine:
It is fine, no change!
Impenetrable:
It is fine, no change!
Infused:
Right now: "Increases Armor Enchantment effect by X%"
Change: "Increases Armor Enchantment effect by 2X%"
Nirnhoned:
Right now: "Increases Spell Resistance by X and Physical Resistance by Y."
Change: "Reduces incoming damage from all sources by Z%."
(I'd suggest at most 3% at a golden piece)
Reinforced :
Right now: "Increases Armor by X"
Change: "Increases Armor by X and reduces Block Costs by Y%"
Training:
It is fine, no change!
Well-Fitted:
Right now: Reduces Dodge-Roll and Sprint-Cost by X%."
Change: "Reduces Dodge-Roll and Sprint-Costs and Sneak-Costs by 2X%
Sturdy:
=> Integrated into Reinforced
The Quartz is being reintroduced by the new trait ''Determined'
Determined:
New: "Reduces the effectiveness of Snares by X% and the costs for Break-Free by Y%."
(I'd suggest a time reduction of snares by 3-4% on a golden piece and a cost reduction for break-free by 5% for each piece in golden)
Prosperous:
Right now: Increases gold from looting enemies
Change: "Increases gold from looting enemies and containers and increases the rarity of found drops from enemies and chests."
