Does Orsinium anniversary event affect survey nodes?

I have collected a bunch of Wrothgar surveys. I began to get them as one Tamriel came live but only bought the DLC recently. Do those also offer double yield during the event?

According to the patch notes, the bonus doesn't included Survey Nodes. However, recently, they reduced the chance of getting a Survey Node but doubled the yields.

So its normal to get 7 columbine, 6 dragonthorn and such off the nodes in alchemy surveys? I thought mine was doubling when I did the surveys in wrothgar, but it had been a while for me since I last did an alchemy survey at all anywhere else so could have been changed to all zones since then

Yes. This holds true for any Alchemy Survey anywhere. I am not sure if the numbers you see are subject to Double or not, I have about 15 Alchemy Surveys saved up on one character, I will let you know. But I have seen 6 or 7 or 8 from an Alchemy survey since they buffed them.

Enchanting, I get so many Runes, it takes two pages of the loot report.

As for Equipment Nodes, you get up to 20 per node, I think the low end is 16 but I see mostly 18 and 20 Raw. With the Passive that gives a chance to double, so you can get up to 40 raws per node. The Survey Boxes for the Leathers follow the same numbers.

The passives.... makes sense now, keep forgetting about that as I have not been in cp ranks for too long. I am sure loving it though, made a huge different in my ability to keep up with writs, when I was first seeing the 30 raw ruby ash on a survey I was thinking jackpot, last time I did them if I remember correctly it was only around 8 raw materials or so, loving the buff they gave it. I have a couple alchemy surveys for wrothgar and other areas myself, see if I notice any difference.

They said no on the patch notes. I did save my surveys for this, and what I found is they either doubled the norm or I'd did work on surveys. I was getting 38 ore and 7 or so on alchemy. I didn't pay to much attention to the wood surveys.

NO, surveys are not effected.
Surveys were changed in OT, they are harder to get from writs but give more materials when harvested.
With the CP passive that gives you 10% chance to double the resources from the node you can get some impressive results, like 56 rubedo hide or 8 columbine etc...from one node in a survey.

I will test it myself. I haven't collected the survey in 3 weeks and I haven't collected the Wrothgar ones in 6 weeks. I have the passive so I will probably get close to a thousand base materials from all my surveys.

Just did some collecting on Alchemy Surveys, and other ones too in Wrothgar.

Alchemy, I hit one node that gave 12, but most give 4 to 6 and I have seen an 8. So, not sure if 16 is the max or if 4 is the low, but I would imagine that is the case.

Equipment, you get 18 to 20 normally, and with a double up to 40.

But, these are figures that are in line with Surveys in other zones so nothing special about Wrothgar surveys during the event.

Well, then I'm in no rush to collect them. I have 5K materials of every type on a bank character and I'm not burning trough much, though I'm doing the writs on 3 characters. Deconning some dropped gear - I decon only the blue and purples, and gear with sharpened, divines, training and intricate traits because it's more profitable to just vendor the rest - together with the survey output probably result in a slight increase over time anyway.
