Dragonknight ability "Petrify" is generating aggro from far distances

PC-NAI have just started using the DK ability Petrify and have noticed that it pulls mobs from great distances. In delves and public dungeons, it will pull entire rooms and sometimes beyond the room I'm in. In the open world, it will pull mobs far enough away that immediately disengage and run back. I have not morphed the ability yet.
