After One Tamriel, do they exist like they used to when they used to drop in Craglorn but as CP160 like UESP's data-mined items pictured below?

✭✭✭✭✭Soulshine is Heavy, and to that end, would drop in Healthy if it follows form like all other Heavy Sets.
However, my earlier VR10 versions of the Jewelry was Arcane. So, it's hard to say what it drops in now. I think I have a couple of rings I will try to remember to check tonight. They were Green and Blue, so very well could have been vendored by now.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
