Extreme lag with no full server or tons of players around me.

I'm experiencing extreme lag and server is not even at 3 bars. My bar swaps are insanely difficult to switch in combat. With 2.6.9 update the lag has only gotten worse. I have a 100mbs lan connection so it isnt my internet.

Please fix ...
