Magicka DK DPS gear question

I've been grinding CoA for burning spellweave pieces. I'm currently wearing 5 pieces of Julianos. I've gotten 5 pieces of spellweave, but not in divines. Should I wear spellweave while I'm farming for the divines pieces, or should I stick with my full divines Julianos until I get the spellweave pieces? Any advice is appreciated.

I put on my spell weave when I got 4 pieces of divines, and one infused. Made the divines gold, left the infused purple, put gold enchants on all of them. I do see more damage then before. I was also using Julianos before.

Alright, thanks for the input. Yeah the traits aren't great, and I'm definitely not gonna gold anything that isn't divines. But I can't wait to get that set going

I kept going with full set of TBS,3 pc aether, and daedra/undead dmg enchanted staff.got 2pcs for armor pretty quick in normal dungeon. Still don't have a sharpened inferno staff,it's almost as bad as vma.

Yeah I just golded my first inferno staff, definitely helps. I'm dreading running vma, haven't even done normal yet. I feel like I'll just hate it before I even get close to a sharpened Maelstrom staff.

Yes keep going until you have most of it in good traits. I started using Spellweave last night to test it in trials.

I'm only missing divine glowes - haven't equipped my staff yet since I'm missing my Aether necklace and the staff is charged.

However Spellweave works great with Grothgarr and Willpower. I'm gonna start golden the gear as soon as I get that last necklace. If I don't have my sharpened staff at that point I'll just use the charged I've got.

I'm farming CoA slow and steady solo every day - at least 3 runs. It's not fast but I don't have to rely on other ppl to do it. My guildies just roll their eyes when they see where I am anyway
I've also put cp points into treassure hunter in hope of a purple necklace from any chest. Btw. I got several good drops from chests inside CoA. Simple ones tend to give me the best loot for some reason. There's 13 chest locations that I know of - might be more well hidden. I've only found one chest in the are with the last boss. Anyone know of any other location in that area?

currently on my mDK im running 5x TbS ... been farming for BsW as well... almost have the 5 pieces ... just either need 2 pieces though ( depends on which way i want to go ) I currently have 4 pieces in divines and a ring but I'm also trying to incorporate 3x IA as well, and have 2 pieces of that ( sash and breeches ) which i also have in BsW ... i have heard ALOT of good things about BsW though... personally im waiting till i get the last piece of IA to figure out which piece i need of BsW before equipping them

Btw. you don't have to enchant the armor unless you want something else than magicka. When you upgrade dropped gear the enchantment upgrades with the improvements.

I also wear 4 pcs divines and one pcs infused - fingers crossed for some missing drops today

Yeah I can't even tell you guys how many prosperous pieces have dropped for me. Too many to count. Yeah I know about grothdarr, I have the mask, although not divines, but I keep getting ice heart shoulders from the pledges.
