After testing multiple dungeons I have confirmed the blinding effect does not proc on bosses. This is not right.

This is working as intended and was made so intentionally so people won't be immune to bosses just from wearing 5 pieces of one particular set.

It's only 5 seconds with a cooldown. Perhaps they should tweak it then.

i farmed this set a while ago, my biggest gripe was there was noway of knowing when it procced. Console problems.

Do you have the armor or the rings and weapons ?

I cant find it anywhere got necklace from quest and dont wanna run the gear.

If you did the info would be greatly appreciated even opened over 20 treasure chests ?

There is, it's very small though. When it procs the enemy gets a bunch of TINY TINY star-ish lights in its face.

That's really nice to know bro. Took me days and days to farm.I was so dissappointed when I couldn't see a proc.

question on the set. does it blind more than 1 enemy at a time or is this single blind with cool down?

I'm pretty sure it only blinds one at a time. If not then we would have seen Zerg tanks exploiting this set and forum nerf Warriors crying afoul.

As much as I've tested it, its one at a time.

only works against 1 target at the time so a 5 sec cooldown is ok imo

I meant tweak it so it works on bosses too.

I feel it should work on multiple targets thus what the set does.

When you block an attack, you have a 33% chance to blind your attacker, causing them to miss all of their attacks for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

If you block more than 1 attack it should stack other wise it would be a pointless set in pvp and pve. Also its not even procing on 1 boss whats the point of this set again ?

This set would be good but doesnt work lol

It never did Proc on bosses. and it has always been one target at a time (attacks are blocked one at a time, then there is a cooldown, of course)

This set has been out for two years, it was called Aktosh Blessing before... it doesn't need any worthless tweaks.
