so sometimes when i'm in pvp or pve and a group member or fellow alliance member dies and i try to resurrect them with a soul gem (of which i have around a stack or more of) by holding down the options button on the controller, It will fill the revive meter about half way sometimes less and then it'll just stop with said member still dead or sometimes it'll open the menu screen(with the other player still dead). Whats going on? this is super annoying and if anyone can help, would be appreciated.
