Question about atherial dust (the new ingredient)

Quick question really.

Does your crafting level or in game level matter?

because I read this part "Aetherial Dust is very rarely found on the resource nodes in certain zones - it can appear on ore, raw cloth, fallen wood, alchemical herbs and mushrooms, and water sources. It is not found on monsters."

But saw no mention to whether or not it matters if you are able to pick up only low end nodes or high end nodes...
I know its probably implied but I just want to check so me and others dont farm for nothing.

    I don't think the level matters. I think it can be any node.

    I hope so, just trying to get the ingredients for a friend but didnt want to find out that i was wasting my time because i couldnt get any either lol
