I'm newish still and am not hip on all the lingo. So instead of just nodding along I will ask...
What is a proc set? And what makes them proc?
Is like the ultimates? Is it a set percentage chance that just happens? If not how do you make a proc happen?
I run a full viper set in pvp along with black rose. I stay alive more thanks to the black rose but in honestly not sure if I make the viper theng (proc?) happen.
Help.

If it has a tail it is meant to be eaten.

✭proc = programmed random occurrence. Any set that has a % chance mechanic.
