How can you say purchasing content from xbox live store or using groove app can effect you from turning the servers on your game.
If social & gaming on xbox live was down then yes I could see that effecting ESO but since they are not the blame is at your end this is just another reason why making a online version of elder was a bad idea

Unless part of the "maintenance" involved purchases?(*cough crown crates *cough) and they need to access that part of live...

We don't know what it was other than "we had to fix something" and later "we had something to fix" it could be the store(although ps4 and pc haven't mentioned any new items). Could just be a coincidence with the new experience potion at this time as well. Or it could be prep for crown crates. /dunno....
