After the maintenance, i ran the launcher to update the game. The have is updated to 2.6.9 but I couldn't log into my account, because "You've attempted to use an invalid or outdated client".

My client is updated. What should I do?

The game client is either not fully updated to the latest version, or it didn't install the latest patch correctly.

In order to get this issue sorted out, please follow these steps:

    Restart your computer.
Add exceptions to your firewall / anti-virus for ESO.exe and Bethesda_Launcher.exe.
Run the launcher As Administrator (right click on the launcher shortcut).
Run a Repair (open the Game Options under the News Section).
The repair process will go through a loop of verify --> download --> verify until all the files are repaired. The progress bar will therefore go from 0 to 100 multiple times before it finishes. It is possible that the system will need to download large files.

Once it has finished the repair, try again to log into the game. Should the issue still persist, please submit a ticket to our support team and be sure to include your game consultant.

Thanks, it is fixed at the 3rd time of reinstalling. :dizzy:
