XBOX One update (679MB) while ESO is still down!

Just a heads up but for some of us (maybe all of us) there is a new XBOX one update (mine is 679mb)... I figured I would let people know about this so we can update while we are waiting for ESO to come back up instead of having to update after ESO comes back online!!
