Hajeiko runes
So iv'e been looking around for information on where to find Hajeiko runes i cant seem to find any real answer. Can anyone shed some light on how to obtain them?. I know it probably seems like a dumb question to ask but I'm still quite new to ESO.

✭✭✭✭You can buy them in the IC sewer base for 5000 Tel Var or you can loot them from special treasure scamps out in the sewers. They also drop rarely from Molag Bal in the sewer center.0 -
Sunburnt_Penguin✭✭✭✭✭They can be purchased in Imperial City (DLC) via Tel Var stones which are obtained from killing NPCs in there or stealing off players.
Alternatively, you can buy them for gold from Guild Traders.0 -

Yes i have also found them in heavy sacks. The loot will b different. You will get 2 of the Hajeiko runes 3 different essence runes and the 5 aspect runes.0 -
