What's wrong with Large Group in Cyrodiil?

Once I'm grouped into Large Group I get a massive lag and "memory leak" issue, which makes my fps dropping constantly in due playing. I play 15 minutes, relog, play again, relog, and so on. Fps drop from initial 50-60 to 10-15 makes the game unplayable - a complete disaster. My friends also reporting the same issue with Large Groups and also they group only with friends, because grouping with randoms always makes the lag only worse.

I believe it's not my desktop PC and stable cable broad band connection of 15Mb/s, because it's still decent and I usually get in PvE 60-90fps and stable ping 80-100. Ping in PvP is similar just fps drops so much. I already tried to lower graphical settings to almost zero (lowest), which made the game looking UGLY as hell - but it didn't help, no change to fps/lag.

Once I quit Large Group, and fight alone, the lag is (almost) gone, well at least fps is increased to 30-40 what at least helps a bit my eyes and I can see what happens around me.

Any chance for ZOS to look at the Large Group issue?

To be honest I went to Cyrodiil only to earn Vigor for stamplar, I don't care dying a lot cause I'm noob, not a problem, just please repair this awful lag/fps drop and make the game at least playable for Group. Unless it's your goal ZOS to encourage people to be a lone fighter in large-scale battles...

    Try disabling addons. You're addon might be causing fps drops when a large group is formed.

    Cyro is not designed for fighting alone, i couldnt care if people run with 24 or whatever aslong as they dont sit next to 46347 pugs going to the next keep zerking.

    Trouble nowa days is people want instant action, back in the day we rode from glade to kings to get away from the pugs and enemy groups would also do same.

    There are a lot of calculations for buffs and abilities that happen on a group-only context, mass spamming of these, mixed with how the the mood of the server(s) are on that day, can lead to bullet time experiences.

    Maybe the game is telling you something along the line of:

    Stop zerging
    PS4 EU DC

    Current CP : 756+

    I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

    RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

    Some people enjoy it. They enjoy the sieging/defending aspect of zerging, not the chasing 1 person around the map aspect of zerging. Gargath is not one of those who chases single players.

    So by large group you are saying when you are grouped with 4 other people you get worse performance? Or is it only with 16 to 24 people.

    Is it the act of switching to large group or is it that you are fighting with 40 other players in one area?
