Free 1T Levelling guide??

2ndcovenant_ESO
Hi folks,

I am about to create a new character to try something new. My main character made it to cp150 and Caldwell Silver before one tamriel went live.

Is there a guide, or path, that someone might suggest to get a new character to cp levels pretty quickly?

With one Tamriel, is it true that all quests and kills give max experience? In that case a levelling guide wouldn't do much good... just quest and kill and you will level up fast. I have great crafted gear to use, with the training trait on all. I also have some crown xp scrolls but I want to save those for my highest cp levels.

Do dolmen grinding groups in Alik'r - I say this because it is easy entry; the dolmens are very close to the wayshrines and there are always groups running this grind. However, this may not be the fastest way to grind in the game. There are a lot players out there who state there are "better, faster ways to grind", however, they rarely share these 'secret grind spots' (with good reason...they don't want to give away the location for fear of competition).

There are some well known grinding spots - you can Google up most of them quite easily. But, generally speaking, grinding is the fastest way to level/gain xp. Ideally you find a location that is near a city/wayshrine (for sales and repairs), somewhere that the mobs drop loot, and that respawn rapidly.

CP150 is not a lot of CP. Heck, 300 CP is not a lot. So keep grinding until you're in the 500's and your abilities will be amazing!

Yeah, and then, when people will start kicking you in the middle of the dungeon or trial, start complaining: why, my dps is on par with elder gods. i have copypasted the meta build from op top leaderboard top dog in the hood.

My personal advice: don't grind cp's, grind ingame experience and learn the pro's and con's of your class/role/spec. Your cp's will raise with your experience

If you have someone that can craft sets for you, you can get the training and exploring traits, which boost your advancement in the armor you're wearing and experience as you find new places. Grinding can be good for xp bursts, but you lose out on other skill points. I'm sure there are guides out there that tell you which quest award skill points, that would be the way to go, I think. Depending on your build you may need more or less skill points to get where you want to be, and not all builds will easily get those skill points from just grinding one spot. Take the other route, burn through quests as quickly as possible with crafted sets that benefit you. Along the way, duel some people or jump in group PVP in cyrodil, to be ready with your build once you do with your CP mark.

I have been levelling up a new character too during this new life event, one of the fastest ways I have encountered is grab a high level friend with plenty of AoE and survivability and run skyreach catacombes in craglorn (pull half the dungeon and stack them up together and burn them down). Reset the dungeon and rinse and repeat.

Granted it will not gain you experience in how to play your build and you will miss out on alot of skillpoints through questing and skyshards but it will get you to lvl 50 and 10 fighters guild quickly.

I helped a friend get from lvl 23 to 47 within 4 hours last night. I found with exp scrolls and the event exp boost he was getting a level a run (approx 10mins per level).

Just another option for you if you prefer the fast but tedious repetitive grind.
