DirectX: Suddenly unsopported

I was in the middle of the game when suddenly the game CTD, when I tried to restart it an error showed up: Your version of DirectX is unsupported.
Checked my DX version, restarted PC twice, Windows Update and such... my DirectX is at v. 11 since ages, the PC runs Windows 10 and the graphic card is always up-to-date (Nvidia GTX 960m).
So what should I do since the problem persists?

Have you reinstalled your video drivers? If they were recently updated, roll them back to a previous version.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Seriously no, it wasn't hot because I played almost 10 minutes then crashed.
I updated drivers (and Windows10) some days ago and everything worked fine till today. I'm actually reinstalling the nvidia drivers.
I also noticed that disabling the graphic card and then activating it back does fix the problem, for a short time. I'm quite sure this is a Nvidia issue since even the dedicated software seems to act strange and do not recognize some applications."Be like water, my friend"0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I'm quite sure this is a Nvidia issue since even the dedicated software seems to act strange and do not recognize some applications.
If the driver reinstall does not sort this, try the game with the Nvidia Experience disabled (you can do this in MSCONFIG/Start Up, uncheck the program and reboot the machine)
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
