Can't find the right poison.

I've been having trouble finding the right combo for my pve poisons. Looked at all websites I could find and still nothing.
The poison is as follows
Poison damage for 1000(ish) every sec for 6 secs
Poison damage for 900(ish) for 6 secs.
Cooldown of 10secs
And also is there a damage/drain health with defile and vitality poison.
I only want the 2 effects so they have a 6sec duration

✭✭✭Honestly for pve i like the rather simple luminous water bug toxin.
Luminous rusala
Water hyac
Bugloss
Produces 1300ish damage and heal each sec for 4.4sec.
Ingredients plentiful.
Since each extra effect reduces duration i dont find the multiples that useful.
Proudly skooma free while talks-when-drunk is in mandatory public housing.

✭Yes, I too have been surprise that poison alchemy has yet to make it into add-ons such as Potion Maker.
Plus I take it that the Medicinal Use boost does not apply to poisons applied to weapons.0
