Unable to Login Easily After Redownloading ESO for Steam Integration

As the title suggests, I've been having issues logging into the game as of late. I've never had issues logging in before I "upgraded" to the new Steam integrated ESO. I'll launch the game and it will automatically try to log me in, but it sits there indefinitely with the "Requesting login..." box. I have been able to log in a few times, but I'll have to either restart my computer or steam; however, that doesn't always do the trick. When I am logged in, it seems as though I'll be disconnected every 15 minutes or so.
Any ideas?
