PS4 Shareplay against TOS?

I still have yet to get a definitive answer on this. But is this against the rules. I see a lot of people on the Facebook page wanting help via share play. I've spent way too much time and money on my account to risk my account being banned. Can I please get an official answer on if this is allowed or not.

It's a sore point.

I know MANY people that do it, no ones ever been banned.

Plus you have the streamers getting banned for account sharing then unbanned.

So there's really no risk.(in my opinion) Other wise you can always say... well those 10 people got banned then unbanned... how is that fair?
Bit of a *** storm if you ask me.

They can't go around banning account sharing when you have online videos showing people getting unbanned instantly after being found of account sharing...

PS4 Share play... you're not SHARING copy of the game costing the company money you just assisting for a short period.

I dunno I'm not a GM mod or anything... so I'd wait for a yay/nay

I'm not PROMOTING share play or account sharing just post some TRUE facts of what has transpired recently.

Account sharing IS against! TOS and I think "Share Play" and " Account "SHARING" is the same thing you're playing something for free and I think this is the biggest reason it's against TOS. I wouldn't declare it as "cheating" but I may see how it is in a way... "Stealing"

I can't believe they made such a thing. Just from this perspective not only is it ripe with potential of abuse, but Im sure players have/will find a way to bypass the 60 minutes or even the permission of all individuals.

I wouldn't say it's 100% without a confirm link from ZOS staff employee of such writing.

But as mentioned if others have been (let off) then I doubt you have anything to worry about.

If im not mistaken, Sony stipulates that all games must have "SHARE PLAY" function.

Now this is something to look up.

Shareplay is viable on all games, if it was against creators TOS I don't think they would of implemented such a SHARE PLAY capability.

Any comments @ZOS_GinaBruno ??

There's some really good posts on en playstation forums.

Shareplay = not the same as giving someone else you account login/password to allow them to download games on their ps4 costing the game creators money. Makes sense.

Giving someone your login details and saying "go for it" is probably something utterly different.

Can't remember if it was Gina or Jessica that commented on it in the forums before but they also said it as fine. I think Sony is trying to push this feature on all PS4 games(as Damican mentioned)and not sure there is any choice in the matter depending on contractual obligations.
