Witches Fest Main Quest and Alts

I know it is like the last day for the witches festival, but I have run into a problem on a couple of my ALTS.... they have the plunder skills needed and the motifs learnt, HOWEVER, they are unable to do the actual festival questline on them because I already have the whistle in my inventory and it automatically gives me the cauldron.
How am I able to get the quest line on these alts to get the achievement on them?

Jakhajay✭✭✭✭Get the crow caller from the crown store, and not the one already in your collections. The crown store one is gold coloured. I've done the quest on all 12 of my chars this way
