Nerdman9✭✭Blue one on the right is from completing the maw of lorkhaj trial on veteran. The orange one is from completing 4 achievements in the ruins of mazzatun dungeon ( completing it on veteran, getting a no death run, completing hard mode, and under a certain time). There is also a red skin for doing the same 4 achievements in cradle of shadows.3
