New tattoos bugged

When you use a wayshrine, or teleport to a player the tattoo's get removed. NOT HAPPY with my purchase.

Slammer99uk✭✭✭I had a similar problem with the body markings where they disappeared from my character on my screen only - Test this by teleporting to another player, then ask them what they see on their screen.
Another test you can do is open your appearance tab and see if you have a tick against your tattoos, if so double click them twice and see if they reappear on your screen, if so then the problem is local not server related.
Worth checking....1
