Magicka Nightblade Spell Rotation

I have built a magicka nightblade similar to Deltia's Umbra http://deltiasgaming.com/eso-magic-nightblade-dps-build/

Right now I am working on the solo play build (in consideration of MSA double rewards coming next week). He is somewhat vague on spell rotation. I wanted some folks to check my work. This is my first DPS class so I may be way off-base.

1. Inner light
2. siphoning attacks
3. twisting path
4. harness magic
5. BAR SWAP
6. inner light
7. crippling grasp
8. sap essence
9. merciless resolve
10. inner light
11. funnel health / light attack weave
12. funnel health / light attack weave
13. funnel health / light attack weave
14. cripple
15. BAR SWAP
16. start back at one

Should I modify this somehow?

Should I light attack weave between every spell?

I left out that if I need to regen magic I throw in some heavy attacks on my 2nd bar

Idk why you're casting inner light at all tbh

here's mine:

buff with Siphoning + Merciless

twisting path/blockade

on trash: spam sap essence

on boss: light attack and cripple, light attack and swallow/pulse weave

when twisting/blockade go down reapply + light attack in between reaplying Merciless and Cripple

use Inner Light before you cast Meteor to empower your next attack

Deltia has a nice explanation but its not for 1Tamriel, but it works still

you can't empower meteor, it 100% has no effect to try

I don't say this sarcastically: doesn't summon mean I have to cast it?

No, inner light passively grants prophesy when slotted. Activating it will empower your next attack via the mage guild passive and reveal stealthed opponents, but you get the spell crit just by slotting it.

No, you just put inner light on your bar and you get the crit bonus. You activate it to show hidden enemies I think, I never click it, but when I slot it my crit goes up.

Deltia used to say to activate Mage Light to empower Meteor but then it was revealed here that Empower does not work on Dots, which Meteor is.

Deltia says in his Templar Omega build video to open by activating Mage Light and then throw a heavy attack followed by Meteor, the heavy attack gets Empowered and then Meteor empowers the next attack. The only reason for doing that at the opening is to get those long casts fired off before the DPS timer starts, which will make your parse look better. I don't think it is intended to be part of the rotation.

You activate Mage Light only for the purpose of triggering the Might of the Guild passive which grants Empower if you have two skill points on it.

Actually, Meteor empowers itself, that's why it doesn't receive any dmg increase from another mages guild skill (except entropy and major sorc)
