I play solo a lot at the moment, main through my work times and the fact I don't feel fully comfortable subjecting my guild mates to my lack of knowledge when it comes to dungeon mechicanics. Til I know what's what in vet dungeons, I run activity finder. I find it easier to learn in activity finder and my mistakes when it comes to mechicanics or rotations aren't really judged but If they are then 9/10 I won't see the same people again. It's not being harsh to the players who play the activity finder regularly, I just feel there's more chance of grouping regularly with guildies in the future if I'm up to scratch on the runs than playing with someone they have to carry and visually suck at the basics. My thoughts behind it anyway, I'm sure my guild mates would care Lol. So that's the back story behind this post and why I use the activity finder instead of grouping with guild mates
Now to the point, since 1T landed I struggle to find runs. On average I wait over an hour, before 1T it must have been anywhere up to 30-40 mins. The last 3-4 days though I haven't done a single pledge because of the HUGE cue time of 3 hours plus, where I've cancelled it through what to actually get on with my life. This is on PS4 Eu, is this a thing happening on other formats and/or other regions? I've sent a report ticket thing but I'm getting a response from Wall-e and not getting the help humans would give
Here's today's waiting time just for kicks and I guess proof - m.imgur.com/LazZ66J
I would have thought so to with the player base getting bigger but I'm really struggling to get in anywhere. Their pledges to so its not like no1s running these dungeons
Just putting this out there, but wouldn't it make more sense to learn dungeons with guild mates? Surely they'd be more understanding than some randoms who have been waiting in a queue for hours on end like yourself just to get wiped over and over again.
The whole idea of being in a guild is to be able to rely on them, and hopefully learn from them. Otherwise what's the point? Not being mean here. Just saying I think you should ask your guild to run pledges with you. Let them know you're inexperienced and I'm sure they'd be happy to help. If not, then it's not a very good guild.
I've had the opposite experience. Queued as DPS I get groups much faster.
There does seem to be a bug though that happens if I don't accept and take the 15 minute penalty: the next queue seems to take forever. But I've found if you log out and then queue again it goes back to normal wait times.
But if I get that annoying "Can't travel. Instance full" error and leave the group, after the timer resets I can only find groups again if I log out and log back in. Last night I was on queue for 20 minutes as a healer on a pledge dungeons. After I relogged, it took 10 seconds to find a group.

Ran a lot of randoms between TG and DB, when I was trying to reach the CP limit and ran into that problem a lot. It's still present from what I can tell. Try traveling from a shrine to the dungeon, rather than clicking the screen prompt or porting to one of the players already in dungeon. There is actually a cool down of ~1-2 minutes when someone is kicked or leaves the group when that person is still counted against the instance limit of 4 and traveling from a shrine sometimes overrides that cool down.
