Buff Name on Blue Witches Brew Shows Health Regen, not Magicka

While using the +Health/Magicka and Magicka Regen Blue Witches Brew recipe, I noticed that the Buff name says Health Regen, not Magicka. The numbers that are increasing are in fact Magicka so it's just the buff name that's incorrect since this brew has no Health Regen.
