Make me fly

Simple request. Please give me every item that makes me go faster. I want to make a character for farming, and want to run at the speed of light. Faster than mounts.

So what do ya have? Let's hear it.

there's enough hyper players in the game as it is, we don't need to give them anymore encouragement, not to mention it would make the lag worse in some areas.

This... Stam sorc Orc. Add in cp passives, roll dodge, Rapids,hurricane, and speed pots if you really want and you are now Flash

My crafter is exactly this.

1. 5pc Fiords, 5pc Darkstride, all well-fitted (could use Jailbreaker instead of Darkstride; more speed but less endurance)
2. Use green regen food for stamina
3. Champ points should be in The Lover for Plentiful Harvest, Master Gatherer, and Windrunning.
4. Put the rest in The Tower Sprinter, or Stamina regen or reduced stamina cost (for Rapids)
5. Have Rapids on your bar.

Seriously, (with rapids) you can run faster than most horses. I ran so fast past a guy this morning on his horse that I kept running circles around him and then passing him and then running circles again, etc. It made me giggle.

Also, jailbreaker comes from banished cells. Is this bc 1 or 2?

You forgot Ward of Cyrodiil set for mounted speed bonus:

(2 items) Adds 126 Stamina Recovery
(3 items) Increases your Mounted Movement Speed by 15%.

This is why I've had an orc stam sorc since long before that was a viable class option.

Alright. I thought I would update this post

So I went with the following setup. I realize I'm losing a slight bit of speed from not being an orc, but here's what I've got.

Fiords - 15% speed bonus

Jailbreaker - minor exp 100% (10% speed bonus)

The steed Mundas (5% speed increase + divine)

Hurricane
Rapids

I am literally outrunning most mounts. It's incredible.

So, then I got cocky. I challenged anyone to an open foot race for 10k.

A guy accepted and proceeded to absolutely destroy me. I was flabbergasted! How did he do it??!! He wouldn't tell me. Are there speed boost potions? Skills that make you fast?

Again I am outrunning most maxed mounts, so I have no idea how he was so fast.

And yes I paid my 10k graciously. He really kicked my butt. Tell me how!!

Other:
If you build for it, Bolt escape provides faster than horse travel over a certain distance.

Bugs: Sometimes bugs happen, like a templar skill causing enemies to zoom out at incredible speed.

Bunny Hop, (possibly no longer works): Before they patched momentum, you could time jumps downhill so that your momentum would stack, up to the point that you ran up against the cheat limiter that would snap you back if your position along the horizontal or vertical was changed too fast. (Still, there is benefit to knowing how to move around terrain)

Old penalties to consider: I believe they removed a movement penalty when weapons were unsheathed. Of course a set like Shadow Dancer removed this penalty as well as long as you were hidden.

Cheating (possibly)

Final Word of Warning: There were a few posts in the forum from players who claim they were banned for speed hacking using only legit sources of movement bonuses. Of course, I don't know if there is any truth in this.
