[Suggestion] Elemental Ring Morph change

Please add elemental changes based on the type of destro staff used to Elemental Ring:

Ice = Ice Blast which freezes enemies in a circle around the caster
Fire = Damage over time added to all enemies in the ring blast radius (no more magic, fire only)
Lightning = AOE Knockback in a circle around the player.

Proper op. Magdk tanky as *** goes charging in at breaches and stuns everyone. Adding 20% more power would be fine. Same for clench. And make them cheaper.

Problem with the Ring is that the DoT resets on each cast. Remove that, and make it a base damage increase as a morph instead.
