Zos please take a look? Glowing Moondancer staff bug?

I collected the Moondancers resto staff a couple days ago. In game the staff does not glow but in character select it does perfectly fine. This might be a bug??

Enchantment overwriting the Dro -Mathra style effect... essentially is the issue.

sidenote there is a weapon enchantment that matchs the Dro-Mathra affect,

Hi, can you please tell me how to fix it? By fix I mean adding the glow effect in game.?
