Greetings forum,
i've been having this annoying texture problem since i pretty much started playing, it started bothering me so much i decided to make a forum post about it.
The issue i'm having is this. All textures appear watery and grainy until i stand directly infront of said texture. After 2 seconds the texture suddenly pops into HD.
Like here for example:
When initially walking up to the npc.
Then it pops into HD.
I'm running a gtx 960 so this shouldn't be happening. I'm running the game on max aswell.
Anyone got an idea?

✭✭This is a "feature" of ESO and it happens to us all. Sometimes the textures stay low res for a few minutes fro me, even when right in front of the camera, and only go back to HD when people start walking away. It's annoying.1
