Crafting interface glitch

I have been experiencing a very annoying crafting interface glitch. Saw it happen mostly on the clothing bench. When I scroll from one item to the other the level of the item changes by itself. For example I scroll from the chest piece to the hand piece, and the level changes to CP150 to CP160 without my input. One day I wasted 400 ancestor silk because the interface decided to change by itself from CP150 to CP160. Tofay I only lost 100 rubedo leather because the same thing happened. Not that it's a big loss for me. Those materials are cheap and are getting cheaper by the day. And I have a lot of gold. The loss is a fraction of a percent of my bank account. But for a new player this can be very damaging. Has anyone noticed the same glitch?

Yes, they try to make things consistent by material count to make the item rather than the level of the item you want to make. It's even worse with intermediate stuff as I have made 3 different levels of stuff before, just this weekend it almost happened to me. It can more easily happen if you start out making something smaller (shoulders for instance) and move around from there, vs say, making the chest first, then moving the items to the right.

Even then, the item level can change on you, so always double check it.

I wish we could set the item level once, as that never really changes on a set, and then the game could pick the amounts for that level. But, alas, we have the problem you describe. Good news, it use to be way worse, just changing a trait could have changed the item level.

Yep. It's hard to pay attention when doing the writs on 2-3 characters. Probably I will accept the losses in the long run as inevitable. I have like 4-6K from each material. Losing a couple of hundred won't make a dent.

I finish my equipment crafting before the game finishes telling me what to make, no worries about level of items either.

Does not work on Provisioning and Alchemy though, but those rarely require a trip to the station.

Thanks for the tip. I will try to download and use it. Crafting the same crap again and again by clicking it is really boring.

The bug is bloody annoying when crafting actual gear. The #1 bug to fix in crafting.
