Camo/Evil Hunter still not working

Rarely ever works even with target by your side. Where as radiant magelight will work from other side of map. Make evil hunter same code as radiant and camo same as innerlight. Bring back the damage to camo and flat stamina to evil.
This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.
