Moondancer resto staff glow?

Today I got a Moondancer shield and it's one of the cool looking glowing ones... Then I got an other moondancer item- the resto staff. I was very excited because I have a healer. So I equipped the staff and it does not glow like the shield? What do I have to do to make the staff glow black and purple?

Lukums1✭✭✭✭I'm not 100% sure on this one...
It's KINDA like the same for the flame staff, the maelstrom flame staff GLOWS LIKE MAD when you use elemental wall. However when you use another flame staff it doesn't.
I think some weapons have different (glow effects) visuals, I think this is the same case but I CAN'T be 100% sure mate.
