Orc Stam DK PvP Tanky DPS build?

Hi guys,
I had an orc DK left over as he was my first ever character. Ive decided ive got the money etc to actually turn him into something useful. I always see on PvP tanky builds that also deal quite a good amount of damage.
I would like to aim for this, I am aware of black rose, but is there anything else even worth using?
If not what would you use with this?
