Broken since IC, confirmed issue by @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

Tried looking for any mention of it being corrected but could not find anything on the forums in discussions or patch notes.

Have I missed something or is it one of those "We'd love to do that, but no ETA" situations?

The 15% increased regen stats or whatever it is for the five piece bonus doesn't take your drink regen into account.

Is that a confirmed bug or just the way the set and drinks are supposed to work? I didn't think CP or other % regen increases affected the drink regen either (haven't tested it though, just going off memory).

    Testing Willow's Path on live just now and it looks like the recovery formula is:
    Regen = (Base + Item + Mundus)*(CP + Skill)*Skill2 + Drink*(CP + Skill)

    Where Willow's Path adds to the "Skill2" effect (the only known source of it I believe). So basically it doesn't modify the recovery given by drink/food. Whether this is a bug or not remains to be seen. It could well be the intentional calculation or could be a simple oversight.

    If it is a bug it could be fixed in two different ways:
    1. The Skill2 effect is added multiplicatively to the Drink recovery.
    2. The Skill2 effect is moved into the "Skill" effect.

    #1 would give a player the most benefit but in terms of balance you'd have to consider whether this would give too much recovery in some instances/builds. #2 would be the simplest but would result in a small reduction of recovery for users of Willow's Path that don't use recovery food/drink and a buff for users that do use it.

    Willows path is in the crafted-set club, and most of those are underwhelming, broken or just senseless.
