Healing Combustion Synergy Broken?

Just took a look at my Energy Orb tool tip, and it now says "restores 0 magika instantly." Did 1T break the synergy, or has it been like this for a while?

Humatiel✭✭✭✭magicka users (you know the ones pulling less dps then stamina) were to OP for the previous orbs so they were changed with 1T.VMA | vHRC-HM | vAA-HM | vSO-HM | vMOL-HM
