Again Update by Launcher issue

So this is my update. Over 25 minutes, and still the same. Launcher stuck on update. Program is not on C drive as I have major issues with my SSD, one of them is not enough space for ESO. Other one I'm sorting out as fragmentation is horrible.
Back to the update. As I close off, it will change to 'Update Application List' or something like that, but closing down the Launcher. Any idea, fix for this? As it came originally with Catch 22, I mean Update 12!
I even opened a ticket that time, we can update that with this.
