My last alt before 8/8!

So here it is, I'm going to be trying to finish my last alt character before Suns Dusk, and it may come as a surprise that it's a stamblade. I'm level 18 right now and was wone ring how effective they are in pve, and if there are viable builds other than the one shot snipes in pvp. Also should I be using 2h or is dual weild and bow viable (using drain power for wpn damage buff)
