    Valkyn Skoria, it's so gooooood I hit like 6-9k on Meta people that use Blackrose, Viper, tremor. And I only use 2 dots and it profs a lot! I feel like the buff to valkyn is to counter meta builds. As well as the destro ult.

    You won't kill someone with VD when they aren't already near death, in addition, it is at least a counter against bigger groups, which is nice because they have to organize instead of just jumping on 1 guy with al they have.

    I don't really mind proc sets either, but the chance should be low; 4-8% max for offensive based imo. Not like Viper which does a lot of damage and has 100% chance to hit, because it only has a cd.

    I think low proc chances can make the game interesting as people will have to choose between raw stats or a proc chance which will give (ideally) a low chance of doing extra "free" damage. At the moment, these proc sets are probably too good (I don't really know I still play a mDK haha) to pass on.

    Edit:
    I would like to only see proc chances on monster sets, they should be special and give something powerful and by doing this proc stacking won't be an option anymore :)

    Infernal guardian. Each ones crits for like 10k+ park someone up and bye bye. Overload plus popping shields on this is very very hard to counter without wings.

    Vicious Death requires you to actually kill someone to work, and for someone else to be nearby him. And it's not a one-shot by any stretch of the imagination.
    However proccing Viper's Sting+Velidreth just by pressing one skill and instantly killing someone is... Unless you're a tank.

    One set requires six light or heavy attacks, and the other has a ten second cooldown and requires another player. They are both awful.

    Woah, keep that a secret! I don't want to see a bunch of meta builds using Destructive mage and galerion's.

    It's already happened in the past when Destructive Mage was much more powerful.

    Did you see my post about the Set that has weapons with max magicka enchants? Luckily, it's a weapon damage set so I don't see any magicka-stacking builds using it.

    lol ye if the stars are aligned, someone throws a negate aoe stun and your ulti is down maybe you can kill a few people, other than that, it is very far from a WIN BUTTON

    You know it's not a one-shot? You actually need to stun people inside for a certain amount of time. Otherwise, if they can keep on shielding or healing or dodging out, you'll just be an angry storm cloud chasing them without any particular effect.
    Destro ultis are awesome in zergballs. Hell, the guild running the most destro ultis is the one who will win the collision of 2 groups nowadays, but it's pretty situational.
    Whereas if you can get viper + red mountain/velidreth/selene/widowmaker/tremor to proc at the same time (which doesn't actually require anything on your part. Just standing there and being pretty.), then it will result in a one-shot. No time for the target to CC break, shieldstack, heal and what not.

    Point is, destro ulti actually requires you to do something for it to work. Stun, snare, keep on the pressure, execute.. The stam proc sets don't.

    it is definitely a win button, I've seen death recaps of 40k, and since you can morph it to follow you its possible to still easily DPs while its up. Its way to overpowered

    If not, you should just know that any button is an I win button on a proc build. So you're better off with a proc build, more buttons to hit instead of taking your eyes off the screen to look for the "I win" button.

    Idk last time I checked it was enough running into a group spamming sap essence while having my destro ult up. Ofc its not a oneshot but it's pretty close to that. Simply because the destro ult actually ticks for ridiculous amounts of dmg.

    Not saying that the proc sets aren't complete and utter garbage and stupid and crap and what not, but still. Broken things must be pointed out, and the destro ult is in terms of damage completely broken. As are sets like viper, velidreth, tremor scale, selene and whatever else there is.

    Point is, every pug can run either of these things and easily cash in some kills without any effort. All it requires is having some working brain cells but that's about it.. That's simply not good for healthy PvP.
