Now that one tamriel is out is the wrothgar public dungeon loops still the fastest way to level am alt?

    Use the witches bru for some x2 ex and join a group and nuke bosses for glorious blooooood

    If it is empty, yes. Though they always have randoms in there screwing up pulls.
