I can't use one of the Keystones for the "Tormented Souls" quest. What do I do?

It is Ayleid Keystone, northern Ayleid Keystone in the quest of "Tormented Souls". This quest is under a bigger quest- the Bloodthorn at Betnikh island. It's Orc quest.I got there because I just created a new character, namely Zaenjin Majesli. Please fix this and let me know so I may able to achieve a skill point. That is all I am concerned right now.

Oh, I believe this glitch is also applied to other players since they were also stuck along with me. I see several players standing next there, trying to achieve that quest but nothing happened. That's it.

First thing to try would be to abandon the quest, log off for at least 15 minutes, and then try again. However, since you say it seems to be affecting a few different players, it's possible that the quest is temporarily jammed.

This happens when too many players get to exactly the same step of a quest at almost the same time, and the game then can't process what it needs to do, as multiple players are asking for it to do things. The processing jams, and the game no longer responds to that action. Players then build up in the area as nobody can progress through, all the while adding to the issue by continuing to pile requests on the jammed process.

Jammed processes are usually freed up in server maintenance, when all requests are flushed and the processing is reset. If the issue persists after abandoning and resetting the quest, you may need to wait until the next maintenance. If that happens, you may want to skip that quest for now and head on to a different area.
