After buying one of the Hundred Pumpkin dye stamps to use on my crafter, I soon found out that it does not work on any of my costumes.
So, naturally, I sent in a ticket about the non working item. The response I got was automated and so far off topic I think the person didn't even read my response before copying and pasting the email. I thought this was simply a mistake a sent in another one with a similar message about the item and asking for a refund. Same exact response. Word for word, it was the same email.
Even though it is only $2 for the stamp, it is still my money being thrown down the drain. What if I was to buy a larger item that didn't work? Would Zenimax still ignore me? How am I suppose to have any confidence with my money on this game?
