Crystal Fragments Proc & AUI

Dear Sorcerers,
In the AUI, I enabled the ability proc message and I was expecting it to work like in the screenshot here:

In the built in test preview, everything seems to be ok, but the actual Crystal Frag proc doesn't show.
The other messages, e.g. low magicka, potions, etc. work fine.
I tried reinstalling, tweaking it, and running the UI with other addons disabled, but no luck. Does anybody know the reason/solution?
