Delayed quest markers

Not sure if this falls into the category of "lag" from the last update, but I've noticed that there is a delay on the quest markers are being updated (can take up to :05 - :20 sec ). If I step into a building with a quest marker, i'll search all over without seeing it, then have it suddenly appear. This even happens when running into an outdoor area.
