Daily Rotation

WarCheifLugo
Hey I was curious as to how I can maximize my main and alt charcter gains when it comes to the daily routine , what do you do when you first log on ?

For me the first thing I do is crafting writs , then I do the dailys for wrothgar , and DB , then I get my daily dungeons out the way , I then research traits and refine any unused mats , after that I check guild stores and try and keep my 30 slots full , is there any other things I can add to the routine that would benefit a lot thank you

    I vary it up.

For a while I was logging into all my characters, doing writs and collecting hireling mails before I would take one of my characters out for some adventure. Now, I tend to avoid all the mule logging as well, the hirelings have been skimpy on the mats and gold tempers, and writs are not giving me much back for the effort lately.

So, now I just log into a character and play them. As for what to farm, it does not really matter who I play with now, as all characters can go anywhere.

I don't even want to think about maximizing output of my characters as there are so many things to do, I would quickly burn myself out. To whit

    1. Max out Legerdemain Fencing on each character
    2. Do the Writ dailies on each character
    3. Do the Fighter's dailies on each character
    4. Do the Mages dailies on each character
    5. Do the Thieves dailies on each character
    6. Do the Dark Brotherhood dailies on each character
    7. Do the Cyrodiil dailies on each character
    8. Do the Craglorn dailies on each character
    9. Do the various zone dailies on each character
    10. Farm the harvest nodes in my favorite places
    11. Hit the Dolmens and World Bosses in the zones I am farming equipment for
    12. Hit the Delves for those same zones
    13. Undaunted Pledges
    14. Random Dailies
    15. I am sure I am forgetting something.

Yep, not going to try to do that on all my characters, or even one of them. I just play now.

So much not really benefical\needed stuff. Dude, have you tried to do just what you want? I mean, stop doing what is "routine" for you, run some dungeons, trials, PvP, increase skill, try new builds, why always do all these dailies
  • WarCheifLugo
having a routine is doing what I want I actually enjoy getting the dailies done and writs and things of that sort it's a good feeling before heading out into battle to drench my blade in ebonhart blood

lol, your right, but I maxed out all my characters horse a long time ago. Well, one is not maxed out, but he stays in one small town doing provisioning writs.

Mornings: take the hireling mail for all characters, do consumable writs on all characters, feed horses on the 4 new ones (still 2 months to go for max speed+stam+bag) = about 45 minutes.

Afternoons: take hireling mail for all characters, choose one to play, then choose the activity for that day = about 2 hours, depending on my day.

I do the crafting writs on just 3 characters, the undaunted pledges on just my main, and the guild dailies also on my main, and that takes a solid 3-4 hours. I log every character for a few minutes to finish their riding training, and also the low level ones keep the gear I've collected. I have a job and during week days I only play in the evening.
