ZOS, please do a thing with hirelings

This topic was discussed a lot of time but since there is no any ZOS reaction it's worth raising it again.

@ZOS, i beg you. And lots of players will join me in this demand.
Please, do some changes into hirelings.

1. Getting hirelings every 12/24 hours since last mail is really annoying.
It's really hard to get mails day by day. If you miss 10 minutes - you have to reschedule your next day activity.
So if you are in Cyro or during the dungeon run - you'd lose more and more time again.

Please set the hireling timer do 11/22 hours. Or what's better to 22 hours with more or better loot.

2. Please don't force me to log in with all my toons to get hireling mail for every one of them.
I have 12 toons and it takes me 25 minutes a day to receive hireling mail.

Please let me receive all hireling mail with a single toon logging on.

Hireling mail is not so great skill point investment after on of last autumn patches. That's a real bad UX now.
So all I ask is to make hireling mail more user friendly.

All my hirelings do Writs to some extent or another. Even with an addon that automates the writ process, it adds time to this. A 20 hour timer like the horses would go along way to help this.

Also, it is time for the L3 Hirelings to be combined into one delivery.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
